Trouble paying your bill?

You may pay your bill online from your place of service through the tab on the top of the page, or by clicking on this link: Pay My Bill  *This feature will not work if you are not at your service location or on a cellular device.

We also offer automatic payment options. If you would like to sign up for this feature, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you.


 Unsure of what you named your Wi-Fi? Unable to remember your Wi-Fi password?

We understand how difficult it is to keep track of all the different passwords required these days. When we program your router, we take the extra step to ensure that you never get locked out of your Wi-Fi. We will create a sticker with your Wi-Fi name and password and place it either on the top, or the bottom of your router for your convenience. If you’ve checked your router thoroughly and don’t see a sticker, or if we didn’t program your router, call our office for further instruction.


 Having issues connecting to certain games?

Many online games require a static public IP address in order for the game to function properly. For only $3 more a month, we can add a public IP address to your connection.


Safety First!

Because we care about our customers, we provide you with a complimentary surge protector to ensure your expensive electronic devices won’t become damaged by electrical surges. Your POE, router, and computer should always be plugged into a surge protector. Surge protectors need to be replaced every two years, on average, as each surge your suppressor intercepts reduces its capacity to protect your equipment. *Wtechlink assumes no responsibility for equipment damaged by a failed surge protector.
