Update Windows:

Virus Problems:

Be sure to update the Antivirus Definitions before you
run it. Download the free edition and run it at least
once a week.

such as Norton, please be sure that your subscription
service is up to date and, it's automatically
downloading updates frequently, and you schedule scans
of your hard drives once a week.
